Great dad, good software engineer, pretty okay guy.

I’m Dace, a software engineer based in Perth. At 32 I changed careers from social impact to software engineering. Now, I help to build Australia’s most loved bank - Up. I’m focused on the discovering the slow path to mastery - getting a little better and diving a little deeper every day. When I am not at the computer I am being learning how to be good dad or holding on to the my glory soccer days.
